You could learn a lot over the year with that kind of help.

I will always try to find a direct answer or a 'work around' for you. This may include a remote control session of your computer if you wish it. (You always have the ultimate security lock)

If I simply can't answer your question, or help you on any occasion, your allocation will not be affected, neither will clarifications of answers provided previously.
