Click the Blue icon on the left
Click Run when prompted.
You do not need to type any information into the setup.

 

Step 1: Call Dave to verify your payment, or subscription

Step 2: Click the icon above or here

Step 3: Click RUN

Step 4: Give Dave the numbers you see in ID and Password
